Solid experience, minor issues
I bought a cashmere sweater and a silk tie from Sartale. The sweater is excellent, very soft and the color was just as pictured. The tie is also high quality. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in California, which felt a little long for a luxury retailer. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, but it would be better if tracking updates were more frequent. Overall, the products are great, but the delivery could be quicker.
